We are pleased to present Catalina 27 (yacht), a famous boat of the past. The hull is quite painful from age and deterioration both inside and out. The deck in particular has been painted with urethane paint by the previous owner with a brush, and although it looks white at first glance, it is uneven. There are no problems with the cleats, winches, sails, jib furler, or sailing. She is also equipped with a very large grating step in the stern area, which makes getting in and out of the stern very convenient. The toilet works perfectly. A special feature of the hull is that the ceiling of the doghouse can be shifted forward after taking the planks out, allowing for a much larger space. The engine is a Yanmar 2GM, which runs on a single cell. The engine is quite old, but is said to be in excellent condition. (Hours of use are unknown.)
