Launched in 1991, Yamaha N10 (MD628KUH) two-shaft vessel engine with about 3120 hours of use, air conditioning, bedroom, flybridge, shower room, marine toilet, kitchen, GPS plotter, Hondex HE731S, HE7311M, and Hondex HE732S, HE733M, and HE734M. Windlass maintenance history, oil change (both units changed at 3126hour hours) March 2026, oil filter changed March 2026, kingston valve and hose replaced October 2025, engine remote control marol unit overhaul February 2026, cabin interior floor Varnish painting March 2026, Hull painting October 2025, Re-seal entire vessel October 2025, Owner is aware of the following defects: Flybridge instruments not working (rudder and remote control are working and do not interfere with ship operation), no hot water for showers, no marine generator (at present). (Currently using portable generator for air conditioner, etc. No problem. The left side wiper is defective (the motor is working but the blade is not moving), and the fresh water pump is not working.
