ALBIN MARINE GETAWAY 28 Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

This is a stylish boat manufactured by Albin Marine, a traditional American boatbuilder. It is a 28-foot sportfishing boat and family cruiser.
Exterior
Albin boats equipped with a tuna tower are rare. The fiberglass is quite thick, and the boat is built to be sturdy.As a keelboat, it reportedly offers excellent straight-line stability and a smooth ride that isn’t easily affected by waves. The bow thruster is inoperable, but the flaps are in working order.
Front Deck
The handrails extend all the way to the back of the bridge, allowing safe access to both the forward and aft decks. The bowsprit is also very sturdy. The anchor winch operates, but since the side push-button switch is inoperable, a separate switch has been installed in the cockpit. You can access the cabin through this hatch.
Bridge/Tower Station
The tower station is made of sturdy aluminum. The awning is made of stainless steel.Steering from here offers excellent visibility and is a refreshing experience. The sliding windows used to be glass, but both sides have been replaced with acrylic windows. The front window is glass. The windshield wipers are working properly. The radome and solar panels are currently inoperable.
Cockpit
The GPS fishfinder is an 8-inch Hondex.The Icom radio was just recently installed. The radar cannot be transferred. The hour meter reads 635 hours, but since it was replaced with a new one when it read 1,600 hours, the total hours are approximately 2,235. There is a photo of the old meter from when it was replaced. The flaps operate fine. The thrusters are inoperable. Access from under the floor leads to the battery compartment and engine room.
Cabin
The cabin is surprisingly spacious for a 28-foot boat. It features a galley, TV, microwave, refrigerator, and a private toilet with a fresh water shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. It can also be converted into a bed by adding cushions.You can access the front deck by lowering the ladder. There is a quarter berth large enough for one adult to lie down.
Aft Deck
The deck space allows 3–4 people to fish at the same time. The bulwark is designed to be fairly deep. You can use the fresh water shower by connecting to shore power, which is convenient during marina stays (cable not included). The fresh water tank holds 200L. There is also a circulating livewell for keeping bait alive. The cylinder compartment under the hatch is not clean, but it functions properly.

21 knots at 3200回転. The fuel tank holds 450L. Since the turbo spewed black smoke in 2020, the engine room has soot stains. I’m told the turbo was replaced at that time. The impeller was replaced in April 2025. It seems it’s almost time for the annual engine oil and oil filter changes.
