JEANNEAU SUN MAGIC 44 Used Sailing Yachts for Sale in Japan

We are pleased to introduce the SUN MAGIC 44, launched in 1989 by JEANNEAU of France. Making the most of its 44-foot length and beam, the yacht features a spacious main salon and three separate private cabins (3-cabin configuration). Additionally, there is a room with bunk beds located on the port side between the main salon and the bow cabin. With two restrooms, the yacht has the feel of a vacation home. The cabins are clean and free of any strange odors. As 37 years have passed since its launch, the exterior shows some wear and tear from use, as well as UV degradation. Given its 44-foot size, single-handed sailing is likely to be challenging. The boat is equipped with a Yanmar 4JH-TE engine. In May 2025, the boat was used for a cruise from Hiroshima to Yakushima. While the engine has been maintained reasonably well, it appears the owner has not been sailing it in 2026. Since the owner was not present during our inspection, we were unable to start the engine or verify the operation of the electrical systems. We were told that the sails were damaged during a cruise and were sent out for repair. Although they reportedly returned from the repair shop, they had not been reinstalled.
