Appearance
No major pain due to infrequent use. Gunnel has few scratches. The blue accent color on the hull is paint.
Semi-walk-around deck
The starboard handrail has been fitted with a taller rail for easy access from the front. There are screw hole marks where anchor rollers were removed, but these have been repaired to prevent water from entering. Skylight hatch has been repaired.
Around the bridge
A window with awning has been added over the stock windshield. It is professionally finished. The awning has been installed low for height adjustment due to the bridge in the storage area. It is bolted on, so it is not too difficult to remove if not needed.
Cockpit/Cabin
A new Hondex GPS fish finder was installed in May 2024. The hour meter has 468 hours. The seats have been replaced shortly. It is stored in the cabin when not in use. The windshield is becoming less transparent but is not cracked. The cabin was filled with personal items, but will be removed upon delivery.
Aft deck
is a compact 20 foot size but has a large fishing seat. The pain here is also minimal due to infrequent use. The stains are not that bad and can be scrubbed clean with a brush. The fish tank and storage are fine. The hatch has partial brush paint and looks speckled.
Yanmar 4JH-TZ2 up to 58 hp 468 hrs
Engine oil, oil element, fuel filter and impeller were replaced in May 2024. Battery was also replaced with a new battery at the same time. He says it cruises 13-14 knots and maxes out at 17 knots. He says the fuel economy is quite good. The owner bought it around 2015 when it had 440 hours on it and was so busy that it was stored ashore at the marina for 7 years and was almost never used. It has since been maintained and played with, but still only about 20 hours in about 2 years. The only time he uses it is when he goes fishing less than 20 minutes one way and enjoys fishing with the engine off.
The drive
had the zinc, gear oil, and boots replaced in May 2024.
