The interim inspection will expire at the end of December 2023.JCI has instructed me to put a bulkhead on the sonar elevator, but I have made an appointment with a local engineer, but he does not have time to do the work and the work has not been completed in time. If we were to request bulkhead installation, it would cost about 200,000 yen separately.
Exterior/Pella
All painted in lovely colors. Thrusters are set. Trolling outriggers are also available. The hull and deck are Alvin's unique balsa core sandwich construction, which is lightweight and strong. It is said to be soft against waves with little deflection. A deep forefoot for wave breaking. Large flares and a voluminous bow provide ample buoyancy in big waves. The diesel inboard power unit is a straight dry-rig type with a skeg and shoe piece for excellent stability and safety. With the current peller, 18 knots at 3300 rpm cruise / max is 23 knots at 3800 rpm. They can get 26 knots MAX if the peller is adjusted.
Front deck

Hard top
I actually didn't get sprayed that much when I was on it. The ceiling height inside the hard top is 194cm. When a hardtop is installed on a standard walk-around boat, the gangway usually does not fit under the shade, but there are pillars on both sides of the boat and the hardtop is installed fully to the outside. The hard tops are installed on both sides of the boat. The windshield is mounted on the front of the console and is not in the way when moving aft with the rods. The windshield is only on the front of the console. There are enclosures on both sides, but since it is a large hardtop, it seems that the open sides are less affected by crosswinds.
The helm station
sonar 6000BB cost 1.7 million yen and about 400,000 yen for installation. Radar and GPS fishfinder do not accompany. Hour is 1710 hours. The driver seat is above the engine box. There are two other legs, but they are currently removed and stored.
Cabin/Sonar elevator
Radio does not accompany. Private Toilet
Toilet is clean and was newly replaced in 2022. It is 190 cm high, so it is not oppressive. The door seems to be difficult to open and close if you are not used to it.
Aft deck
It is a flat type of gutted deck. The bait fish tank is circulating. Rudder cylinder and flaps were replaced in 2022. Seawater deck shower works OK, fresh water shower (tank is 136L) is OK. Bilge is said to accumulate from rubber gasket or somewhere during heavy rain, as it is a foreign boat, and it accumulates under the engine room. Therefore, please check the engine room regularly.
Engine/Yanmar 6LP-STE 300 hp
June 2022/ Heat exchanger, oil cooler, intercooler disassembled and cleaned. Replace thermostat, coolant, hose bands, and isolators. April 2022/ Replace hydraulic cylinder, timing belt, gasket, idler, tensioner, impeller, oil element, engine oil, gear oil. Engine damper seems to be loose.
