YAMAHA PC-27 (PACIFIC CRUISER 27) Used Motor Boats in Japan for sale

It has been stored upland in a marina and is in good condition for its age. The hull is shiny and there are no noticeable scratches. The yellowing is just about falling off. There are a few minor chips and scratches on the bottom of the boat in a few places, but no severe cracks or dents. There is no previous experience with painting the bottom of the vessel. The gunnels have minor hit and tear scratches, but are securely attached and have no raised areas. There is a minor bump on the corner of the transom step, but it has been properly repaired.
The front deck
deck surface has some scratches and scuffs from normal use, but nothing terrible. The non-slip is in good condition for its age, with no reduction in non-slip eye time. The bow rail is not wobbly. The anchor winch works OK and the rope locker hatch closes tight.
The bridge
wipers and deck lights are OK. Outriggers are decorative and not used. Cabin doors open and close fine. The locks are also secure. The rudder that accesses the flybridge is also solid with no wobble. The aft galley is usable, although the shower hose is deteriorated.
The flybridge
will inevitably get dirty here, but it is clean enough to be washed. The bimini top is in good condition. The windshield is no longer transparent. The fabric surface of the seats has hardened and some of them have some scuffs. The gauges are no longer transparent and are difficult to see. The steering wheel and forward/reverse remote control levers work normally, and the boat can be steered normally.
Aft deck
There is no reduction in the non-slip eye time, and each hatch opens and closes tightly without any wobble. The transom hatch opens and closes smoothly. The transom step is also solid. The rudder can also be used without any problems.
Cabin/Cockpit
No foot traffic, no smoking, and clean and free of any objectionable household odors. The ceiling and walls are clean and the wood grain on the floor is beautiful. Cabin lights are on. The driver seat, guest seat, and table are original as they were. The Furuno fish finder and FUSO GPS fish finder are old but usable. The starboard meter has been replaced. The port hour meter is not visible, so we do not know the hours of use.
Marine Toilet/Bow Berth
Refrigerator and galley are usable. The private marine toilet is clean and in use. The cushions in the bow berth are used and there are some wall and ceiling stains, but it is in better condition than other boats of the same type.

The hatch damper is securely fastened without loosening. The main switches, pumps, and fresh water tank are set below deck. The boat is in good condition as it can go out for fun from time to time moderately. The exterior of the boat has some oil stains and rust, but the marina has done a comprehensive inspection before the season. She has not experienced any overhaul or major parts replacement other than the regular maintenance as she has no particular defects.

Drive
Drive moves up and down normally. The flaps also move. The boat has been stored on land, so I think it is in good condition with little electrical corrosion. It can be used normally without any special problems at present. She has been left to the marina for all maintenance and will have a general inspection before the season.
