YAMAHA YDX-23 Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

The hull has some age-related deterioration and repairs that need to be made, but they are not considered to be that significant. Since the engine was submerged in water, the engine was overhauled at a cost of 1.8 million yen at an authorized YAMAHA sales and handling store. The turbo supercharger, generator, starting motor, meter panel, gaskets, electrical wiring, and many other parts were replaced with new ones. We were also happy to see a new 8.4-inch Hondex GPS fish finder, a new hoisting winch, and a new battery. We had planned to take her out to sea after that, but due to her physical condition, it has become difficult for her to ride, so she is being put up for sale.
The front
area of concern is the hole on the starboard side. It needs to be repaired, but it is not expected to cost that much. Also, if you are dexterous, you may be able to repair it by yourself. The deck is solid. I think it will clean up nicely if you clean it.
Around the bridge
The bridge is solid and has the awning framework attached. It has hand rails on both sides. The winch has been replaced with a new one. A new GPS fish finder is also included.
Aft
The deck is raised in some areas, but seems to be mostly flat and not enough to hinder fishing or working. Maneuvering can be done sitting down with a chair attached. There are two storage compartments. It is generally dirty, but might look different after cleaning and painting. At the time of the interview, there were no major damage areas that were of particular concern. The bottom of the boat needs to be painted.
Engine
is a Yamaha Motor Co. 71J (D130T) 36 hp. Due to being submerged in water, it has been overhauled and parts replaced (list available), and the turbo, winch, GPS fish finder, batteries, etc. have also been replaced with new ones at a total cost of over 1,800,000 yen. It has not been used since then.
