Appearance
Moored at sea in a marina. The gunnels have silicone repairs. The hull and bottom have some scratches, putty filling, and partial paint in places, but there are no special problems. The transom has a stainless steel platform. A small boat or large cooler box can be placed on it. Radar will be removed.
The front deck
did not feel like the deck surface was buzzy, and there is no non-slip eye time reduction. The rope locker hatch opens and closes OK. The anchor winch has a separate switch. Operation check is OK. Skylight hatch has been repaired and killed to prevent leaks.
Aft deck
is flat and sturdy. The hatch opens and closes OK. The black box is placed fixed and can be removed if not needed.
Bridge
The caulking around the windows has been repaired. The searchlight lights up but does not move up and down or left to right. The hatch opens and closes OK. A larger household air conditioner 4kw is set up but the outdoor unit is heavy so it would be better to replace it with a smaller lighter one. The rear door is attached. It can be locked securely.
Cockpit Cabin
The owner enjoys marina stays so it is livable. The skylight hatch has been added. The driver's seat is used but genuine. The guest seats have been rebuilt. The hour meter is from before the engine was replaced. The LCD is not visible so the hours of use are unknown. The Hondex GPS fishfinder and radar are not included. There is an old GPS fishfinder Fuso FEG-10. Wipers and horn work. Flaps also work. The home air conditioner is currently powered by the marina's external power supply. The wattage of the air conditioner is too high for the portable generator to run. The galley cannot be used because of the TV and microwave oven. The system was originally designed to fill a polyethylene tank with water and use an electric pump to produce water.
Baubirth/private toilet
The hatch is killed so it cannot be opened or closed. The mat is handmade by the owner. The compane is raised about 10 cm to make more space, and urethane is laid on top of it. The private toilet is usable.
Volvo Penta KAD44P
This is the second generation engine that the previous owner replaced. The engine has been in land storage for 10 years and has not been moved since then. The current owner took over the engine in October 2017. Since then, all consumables such as oil and filters have been replaced, and the turbo, dynamo and cell motor, steering oil pump, and seawater pump have been replaced. At that time, the hour meter looked like 450 hours. the meter from the AD41 engine has been inherited, so it seems to be used very infrequently. The hatch damper is loose. The drive had the seals replaced in 2022 and the boots have not been replaced for about 3 years, so it may be time to replace them.
